I want to tell stories that make a difference. From translating audio recordings from Uganda in 2014, to just last month, learning how to make tortillas in Guatemala, my heart comes alive while working with organizations that do the GOOD work. I?m passionate about responsible humanitarian action that adds value, not opinions, to the communities they work with. It?s truly my dream to collaborate with organizations that bring awareness, encourage responsibility, and contribute to sustainable economic growth in developing communities.

I?ve always had a passion for sharing stories that make me come alive and some of my favorites are of small business owners, makers, artists, and conscientious brands. Creating something new demands great courage, a giddy optimism, and a strong sense of purpose. There is an unmatched energy I encounter when talking with someone who is living in their purpose. Today, I find so much joy capturing that infectious energy while photographing small businesses and passion projects. Portraits

The details of a portrait are never my priority. I want to capture a feeling. I?d much rather create an experience than ask you to pose, look at the camera, and smile. Seriously? the more adventurous and/or silly, the better. That genuine emotion, whether it?s bliss, sadness, or peace, is what I want you to feel when you look at your portrait.
